Customer Opt-Out Management

Swim automatically processes opt-out requests, ensuring that customers who no longer wish to receive marketing communications are removed from your mailing list. When a customer opts out, their status is updated directly on their Swim customer profile.

Important: All marketing messages MUST include an opt-out phrase such as “To OPT-OUT reply STOP”. This is a legal requirement in most countries.

How Opt-Outs Work

  • If a customer replies with STOP, they are automatically removed from the Swim mailing list.
  • If the customer replies with anything other than the exact word STOP, they will not be excluded.
