Customer Opt-Out Management
Swim automatically processes opt-out requests, ensuring that customers who no longer wish to receive marketing communications are removed from your mailing list. When a customer opts out, their status is updated directly on their Swim customer profile.
How Opt-Outs Work
- If a customer replies with STOP, they are automatically removed from the Swim mailing list.
- If the customer replies with anything other than the exact word STOP, they will not be excluded.
