Messaging individual customers

How to message a customer via the Customer Details page

  1. Navigate to Customers > Find Customer
  2. Search for the customer you wish to message 
  3. View the customer profile
  4. From the bottom action bar select Send Message
  5. Type in your message and select your Sender ID
  6. Click Send Message

Note you can check the cost of each message by selecting the Check Message cost icon located next to the Send message button. Each message sent is recorded in the Customer Communication page which is accessible via Customers > Find Customer Communications
