How to Message a Customer from the Customer Profile Page

Steps

  1. Go to Customers > Find Customer.
  2. Search for and open the profile of the customer you wish to message.
  3. From the bottom action bar, select Send Message.
  4. Type your message into the text field.
  5. Select the Sender ID you want to use.
  6. Click Send Message to deliver the message.
Note:
  • You can check the cost of a message by selecting the Check Message Cost icon next to the Send Message button.
  • All sent messages are recorded in the Customer Communication page, accessible via Customers > Find Customer Communications.
