How to Message a Customer from the Customer Profile Page
Steps
- Go to Customers > Find Customer.
- Search for and open the profile of the customer you wish to message.
- From the bottom action bar, select Send Message.
- Type your message into the text field.
- Select the Sender ID you want to use.
- Click Send Message to deliver the message.
Note:
- You can check the cost of a message by selecting the Check Message Cost icon next to the Send Message button.
- All sent messages are recorded in the Customer Communication page, accessible via Customers > Find Customer Communications.
