Configuring post end of day notifications

Swim can send post end of day notifications to your mobile allowing users to receive information such as your daily takings, number of sales for the day or largest refund processed.

How to setup SMS post end of day notifications

  1. Purchase the SMS Notifications add-on via this link.
  2. Wait for the confirmation email from Swim support indicating the service is active
  3. Navigate to Utilities > Users > Manage Users 
  4. Locate the user account that should receive the notifications and select Edit user.
  5. In the mobile number field type in the users mobile number
  6. Click Save
  7. Click the Swim logo in the top left corner of Swim
  8. Using the user account you viewed in step 4 navigate to Utilities > Communications > Notifications
  9. Set the notification method to Notify by SMS for each notification type the user should receive
  10. Repeat steps 3-10 for each user that requires post end of day notifications

SMS notifications are sent once the POST button has been clicked within the Post end of day screen.
