Sending MMS via Swim POS
Swim POS supports sending MMS messages either to individual customers or to a group of contacts. Each MMS can include one image or a single-page PDF attachment.
- MMS is not supported in all countries. View the list of supported countries.
- The subject line will not display when sending to recipients in the United States.

Quick MMS
Use this method to send an MMS to an individual customer. For bulk campaigns or larger recipient groups, see Send Bulk MMS below.
- Go to Customers > Find Customer.
- Search for the customer and click the View Profile icon.
- Select Send Message from the bottom taskbar.
- On the Compose Message screen:
- Enter a Subject Line
- Type your Message
- Attach an image or single-page PDF
- Select your Sender ID, and if required, schedule the message for later delivery.
Send Bulk MMS
Use this option to send a campaign to a larger group. Swim POS supports sending to up to 20,000 recipients at once.
- Go to Customers > Bulk Message.
- Select your Recipient List or Group.
- Enter a Subject Line, type your Message, and Attach an image or PDF.
- Select your Sender ID, and if required, schedule the message.

- Only one attachment is supported per MMS. View supported file formats and sizes.
- When previewing your campaign, Swim POS displays the total message cost before sending.
