Why can't I send to the USA?
With recent changes in US regulations, all messages sent to US numbers must be sent using a registered TFN (Toll-Free Number). Until your number is fully registered and approved, you will not be able to send MMS or SMS messages to recipients in the United States.
What does this mean?
When you first sign up, your number is considered unregistered. To register:
- You must submit a TFN application through ClickSend.
- Once approved by the ClickSend team, the application will be submitted to US carriers for final verification.
- You will not be able to send messages to US numbers until carrier approval is complete.
- Carrier verification can take between 1–7 days.
- Once verified, your number will be registered and you will be able to send messages normally.
