Post End of Day SMS Notifications
Swim can send post end of day notifications directly to a user’s mobile. These notifications can include:
- Daily takings
- Number of sales processed
- Largest refund of the day
How to Set Up SMS Post End of Day Notifications
- Go to Utilities > Users > Manage Users.
- Locate the user who should receive notifications and click Edit User.
- Enter the user’s mobile number in the Mobile Number field.
- Click Save.
- Click the Swim logo in the top left corner to refresh the session.
- Log in as the user you edited, then go to Utilities > Communications > Notifications.
- For each notification type, set the method to Notify by SMS.
- Repeat steps 3–7 for each user that requires post end of day notifications.
Note: SMS notifications are only sent once the POST button has been clicked on the Post End of Day screen.
