How to preset a task list for non stock items
Preset Task List
Setting up a preset task list for a non-stock item takes place in the 'new non-stock template' menu.
To access this menu and set up the template follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to the utilities menu.
2. Click on the Lists option to see and scroll to the Sales section.
3. Select Non-stock templates to open the appropriate sccreen.
4. At the top right of the screen click New Template.
5. Here you can set all of the important information for the task. Once you have filled out all of the relevant fields, click Create Template.
6. This template has now been saved and can be accessed from the sales page by clicking the non-stock item search button.
Note: You have the ability to customise any element of the task template by clicking on the item in the sales menu.
