How to connect Swim & Shopify

Connecting Swim and Shopify is a process completed by Swim Support after the required data changes have been made. Please follow the steps below to action a connection request.

1. Ensure the required data changes have been made. If preferred you can request a test sync of data before you go live with your website.
2. Enable Private Apps from within Shopify Admin. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/apps/private-apps
3. Contact Swim Support to request the purchase of the Shopify add-on. Swim Support will at this point provide you with details to create a user account in Shopify for use by Swim Support.
4. Contact Swim support to arrange a Shopify collaborator request.
5. Swim Support will now install the Swim app onto your Shopify instance
6. Await confirmation from Swim Support that the app has been installed
7. You are now considered live and ready to sync to Shopify!
