Manage Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers can be viewed by going to Sales menu, gift vouchers
To view all gift vouchers, select search.
To view active gift vouchers, select 'active' from the status drop down box and select search
To view redeemed gift vouchers, select 'redeemed'' from the status drop down box and select search.
To view inactive gift vouchers, select 'inactive' from the status drop down box and select search. An inactive gift voucher is an expired voucher (issed, but never redeemed)
You can also use any of the search fields to find a particular voucher.
If a voucher is active, you can expire the voucher so it can no longer be used. To do this search for the voucher and in the results area, next to the voucher details select 'expire'. This feature is useful for expiring vouchers that are past their expiry date and also expiring vouchers that have been used at another store (in a multi-store environment)
