Exporting databases from Swim

You can export Customer, Sales, Supplier and Stock database at any time to a CSV file. To export follow the process below.

Customer Database

1. In Swim, Click on Customers.
2. From the list, Select Export Customers.
3. A customer export CSV file will be downloaded.
   

Sales Database

1. In Swim, Click on Sales.
2. From the list, Select Export Sales.
3. A Sales export CSV file will be downloaded.
   

Supplier Database

1. In Swim, Click on Suppliers.
2. From the list, Select Export Suppliers.
3. A supplier export CSV file will be downloaded.
   

Stock Database

For exporting your stock database, we recommend using the Stock Locations Report, which can be found under Reports > Stock.

1. In Swim, go to Reports.
2. Select Stock.
3. Under General Stock Reports, choose STR024 - Stock Location report.
4. Click Export.
5. The report will be downloaded as CSV file.
