Cino Scanner Troubleshooting

This is a troubleshooting guide for the Cino Barcode Scanner.

 

 

  • Often, if the scanner is not scanning barcodes printed from SWIM, the scanner will be set to a different Scanning Interface.

To do this,

1. Download and print the following Cino Quick Setup Guide: Cino Quick Setup Guide

2. Go to page 4 of the guide.

3. With the scanner, scan the barcode labeled "USB HID Standard Mode ♦".

4. After scanning, turn the scanner off and on again. Your scanner should now be in the correct Scanning Interface.
