To follow up on customer sales with outstanding deposits, you can use the Deposit Sales report.

  1. Navigate to: Reports MenuItem Sales ReportsISR001 – Deposit Sales
  2. This report lists all customer sales that still have an outstanding balance. It includes the following columns:
  • Customer – Name of the customer
  • Date Sold – Original sale date
  • Job No. – Sales reference or job number
  • Last Date Paid – Date of the most recent payment
  • Invoice Total – Total value of the sale
  • Payment Total – Total amount paid so far
  • Balance – Remaining amount owing

3. You can optionally set a date range to narrow down the results based on when the sales occurred.

Note: This report is useful for identifying which customers to contact for follow-up and ensuring all deposit sales are finalised in a timely manner.
