To follow up on customer sales with outstanding deposits, you can use the Deposit Sales report.
- Navigate to: Reports Menu → Item Sales Reports → ISR001 – Deposit Sales
- This report lists all customer sales that still have an outstanding balance. It includes the following columns:
- Customer – Name of the customer
- Date Sold – Original sale date
- Job No. – Sales reference or job number
- Last Date Paid – Date of the most recent payment
- Invoice Total – Total value of the sale
- Payment Total – Total amount paid so far
- Balance – Remaining amount owing
3. You can optionally set a date range to narrow down the results based on when the sales occurred.
Note: This report is useful for identifying which customers to contact for follow-up and ensuring all deposit sales are finalised in a timely manner.
