To monitor sales of non-stock items, you can use the 'Non Stock Items Detailed Report'. This report is located under 'Reports Menu'/'Item Sales Reports'/'ISR002 - Non Stock Items Detailed'. This report shows Job No., Description, Cost Price, Retail Price, Sold Price, Discount, Gross Profit and GP Margin.
