There are several ways you can monitor fast selling items. One way you can do this is by using the 'Quickest Selling Items' report. This report can be found under 'Reports Menu'/'Fast Seller Reports'/'FAS004 - Quickest Selling Items'. The report will display all items sold within set dates, with the items having the least average days on hand at the top. You can limit the amount of rows that the report will display, and so it is therefore a excellent way to report on your 20 quickest selling items (as an example).
Another useful report you can use to monitor fast selling items is the 'Fast Seller List'. Located under 'Reports Menu'/'Fast Seller Reports'/'FAS002 - Fast Seller List', this report shows Stock No., Description, Cost Price, Retail Price, Gross Profit, Gross Profit Margin, Markup, DOH - Days on Hand, Date In, Supplier Code, Supplier, Qty. On Hand, Qty. On Order.
