How to create a report which shows sale numbers, items sold, payments made and the associated customers

You can view this information for laybys using the 'Reports Menu'/'Accounts Receivable'/'ACR013 - Layby Detailed'.

For other types of sales there is no one report that will show you all of this information. However, there are several ways to obtain this information by other means.

If you're after this information for all sales/customers, this can be done by correlating between the 'Sales Reports'/'Listing of Items Sold' report (gives you items sold and sale numbers), 'Customer Reports'/'Customers' Details list' (gives you customer info) and the 'Shop Takings Reports'/'Shop Takings' (gives you job number and payment info).
