Unfortunately, once a payment has been made and the job is 'Posted' for a Lay-by/Lay-away transaction, the items can no longer be edited, and no additional items can be added. To overcome this, there are two possible options:

  • You can either refund the entire Lay-by/ Lay-away transaction (with customer credit) and begin a new one with the correct items, or you can just create a new Lay-by/ Lay-away sale for any extra items.
