How to delete a customer

The Delete Customer feature can be found under Customers > Delete Customers. The purpose of this page is to allow customer profiles to be deleted from Swim when the customer has no sales history.

To delete a customer just follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Customers > Delete Customers
2. Use the search fields to locate the customer that you wish to delete
3. Click on cross icon to delete.
4. Click on the tick to confirm the deletion

Tip: Once a customer profile has been deleted the profile is removed from Swim and this action cannot be reversed.
