A quick way to view how many customers you have in the system is by clicking on Find Customer in the Customer Menu. Without entering any criteria, click on Search. This will bring up a list of all customers in the system. Towards the bottom right of the screen, you will see Showing records 1 to 20 of X. "X" is the total number of customers in the system.
The total number of customers can be found in the Customer's Detail List Report by applying different options and selecting the fields that suit your requirement.
