The Delete Customer feature can be found under Customers > Delete Customers. The purpose of this page is to allow customer profiles to be deleted from Swim when the customer has no sales history.
To delete a customer just follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customers > Delete Customers
- Use the search fields to locate the customer that you wish to delete
- Click on 'X' icon to Delete Customer.
- Click on the tick to confirm.
Note: Once a customer profile has been deleted the profile is removed from Swim and this action cannot be reversed.
