Customers are a very important part of your business as they help to keep your business established and help it grow further. That is why, in Swim, we make managing your customer information a very smooth and simple task. We aim to give you an easily accessible and editable customer database so that you can conveniently track and manage your customers. In Swim you will be able to see a variety of information regarding your customers including all their purchases and amount spent.

What can you do with customers in Swim?

1. Use convenient features such as bulk SMS and email tools to create customer marketing campaigns.
2. Create customer communication events and list existing ones for easy followup.
3. Add a wide variety of customer details including finger sizes and connections.
4. Create loyalty programs for your customers.
5. View reports which can take marketing details and essentially automate a completed survey for you.

Customers can be seen in the Sales Menu, the Customer Menu and the Reports Menu.

The Sales Menu is where you attach and associate your sales to the specific customers. It is also where you would create or redeem gift vouchers for the customers, create a lay-by under a customers name and manage a customers account among other expansive features.
