How to find out your total number of customers

A quick way to view how many customers you have in the system is by clicking on Find Customer in the Customer Menu. Without entering any criteria, click on Search. This will bring up a list of all customers in the system. Towards the bottom right of the screen, you will see Showing records 1 to 20 of X. "X" is the total number of customers in the system.

You can also view this information through the end of day reports. After completing Post end of day procedures, you will come to a reports screen. Click on Daily Balance & Bank Deposit. At the bottom of this report is the total number of customers in the system.
