How to add more items to a Lay-by/ Lay-away once a payment has been made

Unfortunately once a payment has been made on a Lay-by/ Lay-away transaction, the items cannot be edited and further items cannot be added. To overcome this, there are two possible options:

• You can either refund the entire Lay-by/ Lay-away transaction (with customer credit) and begin a new one with the correct items, or you can just create a new Lay-by/ Lay-away sale for any extra items.
