How to place an order

To place orders through onswim.com just follow the steps below:

1. In your client site click on Store or View Cart (Top right corner)and click Start Shopping.
2. From the drop down list Click Consumables (You can also select Hardware/Services/RFID Consumables/RFID Hardware).
3. Select the products you want to order and click Order Now.
4. Check the Order Summary and click Continue.
5. To add more items just click Continue Shopping. 
   
   Note: To view your shopping cart at any time, just click View Cart.
6. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, just click View Cart / Checkout.
7. Enter in the your payment details and process the payment.
8. An email confirmation will be generated and sent to you once the order has been placed.

To track an order or invoice, click on My Invoices and click View Invoice. The invoice details will appear, including the items ordered. Once shipped, the shipped date, courier name and consignment number will also appear. You can track the parcel on the couriers website using the consignment number.
