Data protection and backup
Swim takes data security and integrity very seriously. In these uncertain times, you need to be sure your data is not only 100% secure, but is fully backed up, in multiple places in the event of any catastrophe. With that in mind, Swim follows a stringent backup and maintenance policy involving the following aspects:

Redundancy of hosting infrastructure including redundant power, network, database and web servers,

Real time replication/backup to a secondary server

Full database backups performed daily to a backup server

Complete server backup performed daily to a third redundant server
Where possible backup servers are located in different locations, data centres and countries, allowing for multiple redundancy.
Because we back-up your data, you don’t need to. If you want to get your data out of Swim at any time then you can simply use 'export' button shown on the reports.
