Transferring Customer Credit Between Customers

Follow the steps below to transfer credit from one customer to another.


Step 1: Locate the Customer Transferring the Credit

  1. Go to the Customer menu.

  2. Click Find Customer and search for the customer who is transferring the credit.

  3. Click Edit/View to open the customer's details.


Step 2: Start the Transfer

  1. From the Customer Details screen, select Customer Credit.

  2. Click on the Transfer Credit tab.


Step 3: Choose the Receiving Customer

  1. Search for and select the customer who will receive the credit.

  2. Click Next.


Step 4: Enter and Confirm the Transfer

  1. Enter the amount of credit to be transferred.

  2. Click Transfer Credit to complete the process.
