How to change Sale Assistant assigned to Sale

Overview: Changing the sales assistant associated with a sale in Swim is a straightforward process that can be performed via the Sales page. However, it requires the appropriate permissions. This article provides step by step instructions on how to change the sales assistant and grant necessary permissions to users.

Changing Sales Assistant:

  1. Navigate to the Sales page.
  2. On the right-hand side of the sales screen, locate the "Sales Person" dropdown box.
  3. Click on the dropdown box and select the name of the new sales assistant.

Granting Permissions: 

  1. Navigate to the Utilities Page.
  2. Open the Users menu from the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click on "Manage Users."
  4. Find the Sales assistant for whom you want to grant permission and click "Edit Permissions."
  5. Expand the "Sale" tab.
  6. Within the "Manage" tab, tick the box for "Change Sales Assistant" to allow users to edit the sales assistant until the sale is posted.
  7. Tick the box for "Update Sales Assistant" to allow users to edit the sales assistant after the sale is posted.
  8. Scroll down and click "Save Changes" to apply the new permissions.
