Adding Customers in Swim

Swim allows you to add customers in two ways: through a new sale and through the Customer Menu.

Adding Customer from a New Sale

This method is mostly used for customers making a purchase on the spot. Here's how you can add a customer from a new sale:

  1. Click on "New Sale" from the Home Page or via the Sales Menu.
  2. Type in the customer's details in the search fields and click "Search" to check if they're already in the system.
  3. If the customer is not in the system, click "Add Customer."
  4. Select the customer from the list and proceed with the sale.
  5. To add more information about the customer, you can either edit their details before selecting the sale type or by clicking on the customers name from within the sales screen.

Adding a Customer from the Customer Menu

Here's how you can add a customer from the Customer Menu:

  1. Click "Customer Menu."
  2. Click "New Customer."
  3. Fill in all the details using available information.
  4. Once completed, click "Save" in the top right.
  5. These details can be edited at any time by returning to the Customer Menu, searching for the customer, and clicking "Edit Details."
