When entering my password, it says that it's incorrect

This could be due to one of two reasons:

1. The password is not being entered correctly. Please confirm your password and ensure you are entering the correct characters. Be aware that passwords are ¹case sensitive.

2. CAPSLOCK is on. Press ²CAPSLOCK to turn off.

¹Case sensitive: Will recognise the difference between upper and lower case characters.²CAPSLOCK: A key on the keyboard which forces typing in all capitals.
