Tip if using pre-printed letterhead and text printing over letterhead

If you use a pre-printed letterhead for receipts and are finding the text on the receipt is printing too high, follow these steps.

- Create a blank jpg (white picture)

- Go to utilities, printing, manage printable documents, manage logo's

- Add the blank jpg image as a logo

- Close the manage logo page so you are back on the manage printable documents.

- Next to receipt, click on your receipt name and then click again to bring up the settings.

- Under logo select the blank logo and save

- You can then test by printing a receipt

Note: Ensure the 'display shop details' on the receipt settings page is set to no.
