Expenses Overview

Swim gives you access to a respectable expenses management area. 

You can record and keep track of all store related expenses in this area; including stock expenses, electricity, wages, lease etc. You can also record when you have paid these invoices or made a deposit. When appropriate you can then 'Bank' these payments.

Swim can create virtual bank accounts to represent your actual bank accounts. This allows you to keep track of your expenses and bank payments and credits. When appropriate, this also allows you to do a bank reconciliation to ensure that the records are consistent on the Swim virtual account and your actual account.
