How to SMS clients when a job is completed
In order to send an SMS to a customer when a Job is complete, just follow the steps below:
- Firstly, we need to set this feature up. Start by going to Utilities.
- Click on Communications and Change SMS Settings.
- Tick the box next to " Enable SMS Option for Job Complete" and click save.
- You can now find and open the sale for your customer whose job is complete.
- Tick the Job Complete check box on the right of the sale page. A pop up window will appear asking if you want to SMS the customer.
- Select Ok to SMS the customer and the SMS dialogue box will be displayed.
- Enter your message into the dialogue box.
- Click Send and wait for the sent message to be displayed, confirming that your message was sent successfully.
- Click Close to take you back to the sale page again.
