How to SMS clients when a job is completed

In order to send an SMS to a customer when a Job is complete, just follow the steps below:

  1. Firstly, we need to set this feature up. Start by going to Utilities.
  2. Click on Communications and Change SMS Settings.
  3. Tick the box next to " Enable SMS Option for Job Complete" and click save.
  4. You can now find and open the sale for your customer whose job is complete.
  5. Tick the Job Complete check box on the right of the sale page. A pop up window will appear asking if you want to SMS the customer.
  6. Select Ok to SMS the customer and the SMS dialogue box will be displayed.
  7. Enter your message into the dialogue box.
  8. Click Send and wait for the sent message to be displayed, confirming that your message was sent successfully.
  9. Click Close to take you back to the sale page again.
