How to add images into an email

You can send an email to clients from Swim with embedded pictures. To do this just follow the steps below:

Note: The image you want to embed has to be located on a website in order to embed.

1. Find the image you wish to embed, located on the web.
2. Right click the image and click View image OR copy image location.
3. If you open the image in a new tab, copy the web address.
4. Once you have copied the location / web address of the image. In the email template in the HTML section use the following: Just enter the web address / location of the image in between the quotation marks.
5. This will then embed the picture into the email however the image will not show as you are writing the email, but it will show when the email the has been sent.
6. To see if it worked you can always send a test email to yourself.
