What to do if a gift voucher is not appearing in the redeemed list
A gift voucher will not appear in the redeemed list if it is already redeemed, or if the gift voucher issuing sale was not fully paid.
To check if the sale was fully paid, find the original gift voucher sale, open the sale, check the sale has a balance of $0.00, then click on 'Exit Sale'. As long as the sale has a balance of $0.00, this will change its status to 'Posted' allowing you to use the gift voucher correctly.
If the sale does not have a balance of $0.00, the gift voucher has not been fully paid for and should not be able to be used. If this is a mistake, make the payment on the gift voucher sale.
To check if the gift voucher was already redeemed, go to sales menu, gift vouchers. Search for the voucher and check it's status.
