How to cancel a refund

Cancelling a refund means that the refund is no longer active, and that the original sale (selling the items) still stands. 

You would use this option if the refund was a mistake.

To cancel  refund, find and open the refund sale and click 'Cancel Sale and Exit'. The refund sale will still appear in your sales list, however, the status of the sale is now 'Cancelled', meaning the sale is not valid and the original sale has now been set back as Active. The refund is simply there for activity log purposes.
