What is the Swim Client Area?

The Swim Client Area allows you to manage your support account with TJS. Through the Client Area, you can complete a variety of tasks such as updating billing details, raising support tickets, managing existing subscriptions and changing your account details.

 

Logging In to the Client Area

When you first sign up for Swim, your email and password will also provide access to the Client Area. To access the Client Area, visit: https://support.onswim.com/clientarea.php

Note: For security, we recommend using a different password for the Client Area than your Swim store login. See below on how to change your password.

To change your Client Area password:

  1. Log in at https://support.onswim.com/clientarea.php



  2. Click your account name in the top right corner and select Change Client Area Password.





  3. Enter your current password, followed by your new password → Changing your Client Area password will not affect your Swim store login.

Inviting New Users to the Client Area

You can invite staff members or authorised contacts to help manage your account. Each invited user can be given specific permissions, such as billing access or the ability to raise support tickets.

To invite a new user:

  1. Log in at https://support.onswim.com/clientarea.php




  2. Click your account name in the top right corner and select User Management





  3. Click Invite New User



  4. Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite




  5. Choose permission settings:
  • Full permissions – Gives complete access to manage the account
  • Choose permissions – Select specific permissions to restrict access
Note: Be sure to set appropriate permissions before sending the invitation.
Resetting Your Client Area Password

If you forget your Client Area password:

  1. Go to https://support.onswim.com/clientarea.php




  2. Click Forgot? on the login screen



  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for password reset instructions
Note: If you’re unsure which email is associated with your Client Area account, please raise a support ticket.
