Tip if using pre-printed letterhead and text printing over letterhead

If you use a pre-printed letterhead for receipts and are finding the text on the receipt is printing too high, follow these steps.

1. Create a blank jpg (white picture)
2. Go to Utilities > Printing/Scanners > Manage Printable Documents > Manage Logo's.
3. Add the blank jpg image as a logo.
4. Close the Manage logo page so you are back on the Manage Printable Documents.
5. Next to receipt, click on your receipt name and then click again to bring up the settings.
6. Under logo select the blank logo and save.
7. You can then test by printing a receipt.
