To view all opportunities click search.  To narrow the results use the search fields and then select search. 

 

You can sort the results by clicking on the column heading.  For example, to sort the opportunities by the probability of getting the sale, click on the column heading 'probability'. All results will then show in ascending order of probabilitty. If you click again it will show in descending order.

 

To view an opportunity/quote, click to highlight the line and select 'view opportunity'

Your most recent opportunities can also be viewed from the main home page under "Recent Opportunities"

To close an opportunity/quote, click the sales stage drop down box and select the correct status either "closed won" or "closed lost"

Once the quote has been set as "won" or "lost" it will no longer be displayed on the main home screen of Swim.
