How to set up your receipts

On a sale you can select any of the receipt format options. To see the list of options, hover the mouse over the print receipt button.  Then select the receipt type you want.

 
To make it quick and easy for staff, you can set a default receipt type.  The default will print automatically if you click the print and exit button, or the print button.
 
To select which style of receipt you want as the default, go to utilities, printable documents, manage printable documents.

For receipts, click on the name next to the word receipt and the options will appear. Select the option you want as your receipt. Then select the template options and click ok. 

Note: to add a logo to a receipt first go to utilities, printable documents,,manage logos. Select the logo file and give the logo a name. Then click add. You can then select that logo from the drop down list on the template options page.
