If a stock transfer fails to send, it is important to capture details about the issue so that support can assist in resolving it quickly. Please take a screenshot of the error message displayed on the screen, or note down the exact error message and contact Swim Support.
Please raise a support ticket and provide the following details:
- The Store name or Location.
- The Transfer Number.
- The screenshot or error message.
