You can use credit notes to reduce the amount payable when bulk paying supplier invoices. Follow the relevant instructions below depending on whether you're applying a credit note as part of a payment or using it as the full payment.
To use a credit note with a payment:

Go to the Expenses menu.

Click on Bulk Payments.

Select the supplier you wish to bulk pay invoices for.

Select and highlight the invoices you wish to pay, along with the credit note(s) you want to apply.

At the bottom, select the Invoice Total option — this will automatically include the value of any selected credit notes.

Complete the remaining details and click Pay Selected Invoices.
To apply a credit note without any payment:

Go to the Expenses menu.

Click on Bulk Payments.

Select the supplier you wish to bulk pay invoices for.

Select and highlight the invoices you wish to pay, along with the credit note(s) you want to apply.

At the bottom, select the Manual option and enter 0 as the amount paid.

This tells the system to apply only the credit notes without recording any additional payment.

Complete the remaining details and click Pay Selected Invoices.
