Loyalty Points Audit Report

The Loyalty Points Audit report allows you to view the information about how many points the customer has accumulated, and what sales they have accumulated and spend their points on.

How to Access the Report

  1. In Swim, go to Reports Menu.
  2. Select Customer Reports.
  3. Choose CR021 - Loyalty Points Audit.
  4. Select the Customer and Date Range.
  5. Click 'Preview' or 'Print'.
