To print a Loyalty Audit Report which displays information about how many points the customer has accumulated, and what sales they have accumulated and spent their points on, go to 'Reports Menu'/'Customer Reports'/'CR021 Loyalty Points Audit', select the customer and the date period and click 'Preview' or 'Print'.
