To update a password for an existing user in Swim, follow the steps below.

Steps to Change a Password

  1. Go to Utilities > Users > Manage Users.

  2. Locate the user whose password you wish to update and click Edit User.

  3. Scroll to the bottom right of the screen and click Change Password.

You can set the new password to any alphanumeric combination:

• All lowercase letters (e.g. `password`) • All uppercase letters (e.g. `PASSWORD`) • A mix of both (e.g. `PaSsWoRd`) • Letters and numbers (e.g. `Pass1234`)
Note: You must be part of the Administrator group in Swim to change user passwords.
