There are a number of different ways to add or edit the job description for an item on a sale.
Adding a description to a new item
If you have started a new sale, select an item to add to your sale by using the stock item search, or add a non-stock item.
You now have the opportunity to add a job description to the item using the 'Job Description' input field.
There is no limit for the number of characters on this input, but we recommend keeping your descriptions concise and to the point to ensure clarity.
Adding or editing a description to an item already on a sale
If you have already added a stock or non-stock item to a sale, click on the item to open the item details.
Click the tab 'Work Order' and find the input box 'Job Description'.
Remember to click save once you have added or edited your job description.
