Entering Multiple Tax Codes

Follow the steps below to add multiple tax codes:

1. In Swim, navigate to Utilities > System > Tax Rates.
2. Enter the following details:
   Name: Give a clear name for the tax (e.g. GST, VAT)
   Value: Enter the percentage or value of the tax.
   Country: Select the applicable country.
3. Click Add Tax Value.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to enter multiple tax codes.

Setting up Default Tax

You can configure a default tax that will automatically apply to sales in most cases. You can select a different tax type in the drop down list.

Follow the steps below to configure a default tax.

1. In Swim, navigate to Utilities > System > Locale
2. Go to Tax Setup field and select the tax code  from drop down list.
3. Click Save Settings.
